I don’t know what or how much to write because I’m a total stranger to you , but I want you to know that we feel the same way and we are heartbroken .

Condolences for your blue eyed boy.
I cried a lot today when I came across your page and read some of the articles posted.
In the past, looking for information about kernicterus, I read about your case and I had hope that it is possible, it is possible to have some normality with a special child in the family.
I’m sorry for your loss … I am a mother living the same story, only in another part of the world.
I can say that for us the rewritten reality begins now, because our boy Tudor is 2 years old and now the real trials begin for us.

Lots of love and prayers from London .

Confounding paradox. Forgive me in the comfort of knowing I am not alone. Preach sister.

Thanks so much!!! So grateful for your influence in my teen years with the Saints! I see it as such a time of nourishment and I’m so grateful for it. Prepared me in some ways for the trials to come.

We have been blessed to follow your family’s intensely arduous journey of crazy insane love for each other through this wonderful, ridiculous, blessed beyond measure, hideous life of Kernicterus. We adopted the ‘Honey Badger’ mascot name for our Gracie from a post you had written years ago about how much our children endure and yet still fight on through it all. I know the day will come when we too must say goodbye to our sweet girl and our hearts will tear to pieces as mine is now just hearing that Blue has left us. Gracie adored and admired your sweet boy so much! I don’t think I will share with her yet about blue going home to be with Jesus. It would be too much for her to bear at this time. Our souls are longing for that wondrous day when our darling children will be whole again.. when we will hear their precious voices for the first time, calling to us while we rush into a mutual embrace! Our hearts and prayers are with you all (((Hugs))) and (((Love))) to you Miriam and John and your sweet girls ❤

You made Heaven more real and you brought tears to our hearts. We knew you as a young woman and a special friend to Stephenie. Just imagine Steph welcoming Blue…..that reunion will soon be ours! Can’t wait!!

I’ve been looking for a life jacket for her. She loves the pool so we got her one. She is now 65 years old and wasn’t expected to live past 12. We typically was thinking that a jacket w/a neck float wud work but not sure. She is completely incapacitated w cerebral palsy. We r also having trouble coming up w something to get her in the pool. So if u have any suggestions that wud surly b appreciated. Good luck to u and yr family. It takes a real dedicated family to take care of the handicap person, but I wudnt have it any other way an I no the good LORD will reward u for it.
Sincerely,
Cynthia

I’m not going to try to say anything prophetic. There are piles of crowns awaiting you and John to present to Jesus, and I can’t wait to see Blue run to your granddaddy, and give Billy a good game. We are all very proud of you guys, you are an inspiration. Stand strong
Love Jennifer
